Comments:
I knew I wasn't going to put in a lot of time in the contest as I was expecting
my new KM3KM MercuryIIIs kit solid state amplifier to arrive Saturday morning. I
spent the rest of the day putting the amp together. We had dinner arrangements
so when I got home I worked on it for a short while and just had a few more
connections to make when I decided to go to bed. I woke up at 4:30am and
starting thinking about it and couldn't go back to sleep so I got up and
finished. I plugged it in and turned it on and got a big coded R from the amp
meaning it was on and the touch screen lite up. It worked very well and I made
around 300'q's. It was easy to assemble though I will admit I did double check
each connection and didn't rush putting it together. The amplifier cost $2500.
