Comments:
I think the 2300 start time benefited most everybody, although 40 was late to
open, and 80 was very late to open, from here on the West Coast. There were
some ops on 20 who were evidently not aware of the QSY rule. Participation
seemed to be up a bit from last time, but we still need more people to jump into
