Got to use my fairly new FT-897D. CW/SSB only. I operated portable from a
hilltop. I didn't take a large beam with me; I had a 4 element beam on a 5 foot
boom. Quite a bit of activity in this one; this may be the best I've done in
this Sprint in many years. Weather was perfect.
