Comments:
Too many US ops decided to participate without knowing exchange. I received many
CQ zones rather than the required ITU zone. I was not clear what I should put in
log: the zone I was sent (obviously incorrect) or the correct zone (which I
could not always determine, e.g., CQ zone 5 does not always translate to ITU
zone 8.
Rather noisy here, and some QSB. Looking forward to better condx.
