Comments:
This session got off to a very slow start. Rate was horrible for about the first
ten minutes and then picked up very nicely. Unfortunately, the rate dropped way
off again with about 15 minutes to go, and I was forced to spend the last 10
minutes or so doing S&P. 40 meters was in good shape, but the band seemed to
be much shorter than usual. See everyone at 1900Z.
