Comments:
I really like the RAC contest and generally only do the winter one. I saw a few
days before the contest that no one had planned on using the VE9RAC call and
felt it important that someone is waving the NB and the RAC flags high and
proud.
I think I can best describe the conditions as "strange". Despite the
noisy, warbling signals of the lower bands, the e-skip Gods blessed us with some
really nice openings on the higher bands given us a reminder of the approach of
cycle 25 and memories of 24 hours of propagation to 15 meters and beyond.
Thanks to the stalwart participants from the US and beyond who participate every
year.
