Comments:
Slow start on 14 MHz with only VE2FK and N3QE
Trans-Atlantic today. Then activity geared up
with Europe, with strong signals from G/PA/S5.
Andrew 2I0WLZ and Frans PA0INA worked on 7/14.
Checked 3.5 MHz, but no SST activity there...
The more active side of the Solar disk has
turned away. Some people mention SFI for
conditions, but that is more the psyche of
the Sun (what is baking beneath the surface).
X-rays is the physical factor for ionization
and MUF. There were three C-flares today and
a small B5 during SST. Background is about B1.
