Comments:
QRP, just ONE HALF WATT to a 20 Foot wire out the window.
This was a part-time effort. Conditions were not what I had
hoped. I operated when I could, and managed a few contacts.
I heard a LOT of Europe on 20 meters in the evening, but
unlike some recent evenings, they were NOT hearing me.
I probably should have run 5W, but I traditionally run 1/2W
in this contest and usually do better than I did this year.
Disappointing conditions, but still fun on the CW bands.
