My time was limited this year. Thanks for all QSOs. During the last hour on
15M, PT2CVA had two different stations on two different frequencies at the same
time. Guess that is OK. But, PT2CVA refused to work me on 20M saying it was a
DUPE even though I had worked only one of the two stations on 15M. I suspect
the 20M station may have started by mistake on 15M? Anyway, they lost a QSO.
Best to just work the dupes and let it go. 73, John, K4BAI.
