Comments:
First time operating with friends, Rich NN3W and Marty W1MD, both excellent
operators. My dear friend Dennis, K4NV rounded out the team.
Conditions a mixed bag, but as usual, 20 and 40 were our mainstay. Heard one N6
on 15, but whisper light. Heard no one else on 15 and no one on 10. Lots of
Ohio and PA stations worked. Good to say hello to WB9Z, W9RE, K9CT and several
others.
Wasn't sure if selecting the ME station was the right choice for a domestic
contest, but turns out it was, compared to propagation reports from states where
we have other stations like GA.
Looking forward to doing this again in January.
Thanks to everyone for repeats and patience with repeats while we were trying to
copy exchanges through the occasional QRM.
73'...Fred, WW4LL
