Comments:
Participation was noticeably down for this running. Guess lots of ops are doing
other things over the holiday weekend. The band scope showed lots of signals,
but they must have been the regulars running. 40 meters was short, with some
QRN. Most of the west coast stations were very weak. Hope participation picks up
next week. I'll be there.
