Comments:
20 seemed to be open only to South America just before the start. 40 and 80M
were quite good with many strong signals. Nice to work Fernando, PY2FER on 40M.
Sorry for inability to copy some and asking others for fills on 40M where some
relay was not reliably coming back to receive after transmitting. 80M was much
