Comments:
Well, that was good and bad. Visiting my Mom and brother Jim in WV. Both in a
nursing home. Jim asked me to operate his rig as it hadn’t been on for a
couple months. I fired it up and there is a connection issue between the K3 and
N1MM that I need to figure out. So, I had to hand key with his key that’s
setup left handed. I apologize to those that witnessed my screwups with it. Will
try to do better tonight.
Ran QRP to his antenna farm which is much better than mine back in Mobile. I
could tell some were surprised to hear me on 80. His 40M beam to pointed NE as
well.
K3S @ 5 watts to 80M dipole and 40M yagi.
