Comments:
X-rays at stable B3-level for the daylight zone.
Here in the dark 7 MHz was poor, but some signals
temporarily peaked to a higher level. Especially
delighted to work Elvira ZA1EM with CWops #3076
before switching to 3.5 MHz.
The HP-amplifier seemed to operate fine, but the
MFJ-986 tuner had developed some indicator limit
on outgoing power. Thus it is not possible to peak
for max output, as I don't have another indicator
in line. Too much hardware laying about at the
presently inactive OH3BCX-location. Also the
CX-210 'Diamond' coax switch failed during
yesterday's NAC UHF (432 MHz). Poor plastic
lever design to move the center contact...
Repair attempt planned for both items...
