Moved OCF dipole a little higher & further from rig.
I can crank pwr to 100 but more than 3:1 swr.
Pwr out looks like 40W. Most cud hear me.
Even CQ wrkd a little.
Just waiting until wx gets warmer to solve problem ...
Thk goodness it's back to 80 tonite with low swr.
