Used 80 meter 4 square only. Had COVID the week before and I was too tired to
work on antennas. Could have used RX antennas because band was noisy and lots
of 100w stations from Europe called in. I even worked some 5 W European QRP
guys! During CQWWCW the band was very quiet and it did not seem like RX
antennas were needed, plus a lot of USA stations were strong. Rig Flex 6600 +
Maestro + PGXL + TGXL. Took a lot of rests, even during the night. The first
night seemed quiet with a few western Europeans, F&G and only 4 JAs in the
morning. The second night seemed much better. I did not work any rare or far
away DX all weekend.
