Comments:
I never knew there were so many W9s! I had good prop on 20m to W9, but nothing
closer and nothing further away. Lots of sigs on 15 and 10, but CQing produced
rates in the 20s. I had visions of SO2R for this one, but, alas, I couldn't
make it play. I checked it only because I tried it; I did it long enough to
figure out that it wasn't going to work this time.
