Comments:
Wasn't able to get on and play until 1545UTC Sunday, and then it was off and on
throughout the day between outside yard chores. Busy weekend. I like playing in
the BARTG RTTY contests, but now that I have to sign /4, it sucks for LOTW since
no /4 certificate. Guess I'll have to break down and either get a /4 certificate
or get a 4 call.
