Comments:
Lots of VA ops on 40 meters, even during the day. Very few VA ops on 20 M. Seems
like they don't realize that there are out-of-state hams that would like to work
them. Even on 40, they were focused on in-state stations and seemed surprised
when an out-of-state station called them. I actually heard a VA op say,
"Delta Echo. What county is that an abbreviation for?"
