країни. Молимося за вашу безпеку та за
втрату ваших співгромадян.
Уважаемые русские любители! Вы можете быть
на стороне своего лидера, а можете и не быть.
Я молюсь за вашу страну. Радиолюбительство
— это мост, общение, когда между нами
пропасть. Пожалуйста, молитесь о мире!
Надеюсь, однажды мы вернемся к нормальной
жизни.
Amateur Radio is about communication. Our group of operators was committed to
operating what has been a very fun contest, especially if you are a good CW
operator. We agreed as a team with the sanctions being placed on Russian
Amateurs; it is a vehicle to try and stop the human suffering that is going on
in the Ukraine.
That said, we are communicators. During the contest, after every QSO, we sent
TU NET WOJNE (No to War in Russian) I'm sure this fell on deaf ears to many
Russians -- but many more were probably listening. We are in REAL trouble in
this world if we do not communicate. This was our little way of keeping
communication going.
We submit our score on behalf of the Ukrainian Contest Club, in honor of those
who could not get on the air.
Let's hope we can ever get back to a day where we can share contest stories over
a cold beer. God bless those who will never be able to do this again.
