Comments:
Plumb pitiful from a contesting perspective! Saturday was a bust radio wise
since I had an outdoor project which was re-staining the deck surface from rough
treatment from winter, the dog and snow shovels. When I finished staining the
deck I couldn't get my rig to work for the EA RTTY. I started to panic but NN4RB
came through again. After checking various configurations it turned out it was
a loose connector in the back of the transceiver. On Sunday, I drove my wife
out to the wedding venue in Hurt, VA where our son will get married next
Saturday. I was starting to go great guns on the MO QSO Party when the contest
abruptly ended. Excuses, excuses, excuses!
