So, I call "CQ WVQP N9TF/TN" and I have at least half a dozen stations
call in that are not in WV and want to exchange state. I respond with my state,
but contact won't be in any log. Was my /TN not understood by replying station.
Do ops not understand the QP rules? A bit frustrating!!
