K3 / Optibeam / 80m "V"
Thought that there should be more participation but fun anyway. There were
times with heavy QRN here, times with some QSB, and times with both. Overall
not too bad. Surprising calls were from JA with antenna towards EU, VU calling
me on 15m, and even an FP calling in. Worked 33 DXCC; glad they were
participating especially from EU but also near and far East. Strange calls were
from a K5 who sent his SN then 20 minutes later sent a lower SN (I have it
recorded)? Why do some get my call sign then ask for repeats on the exchange -
mysteries :-) Hope all had fun great being able to use my station again.
