Comments:
It was good to have multiple bands available - operating from the back porch
allows quick band changes with my Wolf River Coils portable vertical.
The bands seemed quite noisy - but riding the RF gain control helped quite a
bit. (The IC706MKIIg DSP leaves a lot to be desired - not bad for its day
(early 2000's) - but the old school solution, lower RF gain, worked well.)
