Antennas: 6 el tribander at 40' fixed on NA, 6 el tribander at 60' that turns
40M vertical on the beach, with 2 elevated radials. Really.

          9 circle RX array
Rig: TS-950 and Flex PGXL amp

A big thanks to Stan ZF9CW for another chance at ZF contesting from his great
vacation home/station on Cayman Brac (ZF9)! Definitely XYL approved :)

My wife and I came down here for 2 weeks with the CQWWCW in the middle. We
spent some of last week on Little Cayman (ZF8), and we are diving 3 days this
coming week. Grand Cayman is ZF1 and visitors get ZF2 calls.

It is a "vacation" so I had to get some rest each night and not be
completely
out of it for dinner on Sunday evening. 36 hours operating sounded good.

The 9 circle RX array is amazing. Stan put it in the swampy jungle on his lot,
the path to each element has been hacked out with a chainsaw/machete. The
low band 40/80/160 numbers speak for themselves. And I slept each night...

The high bands were much better on Saturday. 80% of the 10M Q's were on day 1.
Just like W4's listen to W1 stations running EU that they can't hear, I would
listen to KP2M and P44W running and couldn't hear a peep. I had to listen for
quite a while sometimes, I needed their mult and I was off the back of their
beams...

The first goal was 4K Q's, but that came and went. Then DXCC on 10-40, then
finally I hit 7M and knew it was time to go for a beach swim and dinner.

I'll be on for a few hours Friday evening in the ARRL 160M test.

73 and thanks for the Q's !!! It got the pileup blood flowing in me...
