Wow!

We set a target of 7.9M, I think I modeled it after one of the YCCC scores from
'21 for CQWW SSB to see what achieving ~8M would look like .. and we blew past
it sometime on Sunday forget exactly when ...

This was the 3rd time we've done an M/2 from W2MKM and it seems we are learning
as we go ... this was also the first time we had a serious remote operator (Dave
K2XR) as part of the team and that worked almost flawlessly .. hats off to Dave
for plowing the ground at NY6DX's place for the remote ops software and
configuration .. it really worked well.

But the credit goes to the Ops, Dan W2NO, Dave K2XR, and Tom K2TW, who spent the
BIC time and kept us on the air for ~42 hours ... K2XR doing the heaviest
lifting ... Thank You Gents!

The station played just about perfectly, Murphy stayed away, the PCs behaved,
the Flex Hardware and Software just worked and the Acom Amps didn't complain but
once or twice ... and of course all of the aloom worked nicely and gave us lots
of flex with a choice of 2 antennas on 10-40M .. and since earlier this week
both radios have access to the 3 beverages .. which was important on 80-160 ...

Conditions of course were really good on Saturday day and not quite as good on
Sunday ... the overnight on Saturday led by K2TW and K2XR .. was more productive
that we expected ..

Overall very happy with the results and looking forward to more M/2 operations
here at W2MKM.

Special Thanks to the "Loud is Good" Contest Club for the gracious use
of the legendary N2AA call sign, Gene was certainly with us this weekend, I know
it!

73 and Stay off our frequency :-)

Ed W2MKM and the M/2 crew of W2NO, K2XR, K2TW
