A new noise source has started up since wwcw. It makes the noise level on the tx
antenna S-7 (-100 dBm) and the NE Bev is at -120dBm.  I cannot call CQ without
being an alligator and S&P yields only the big kW stations. Fortunately it's
not nearly so bad on 80m. Time to do some sleuthing.
