Comments:
Quiet band conditions. BOG antennas worked very well. Heard the Saturday night
EU opening but no luck making a contact. Wish I could have spent more time on
the air.
Years ago prior to my remote setup. I operated this contest from the remote
site running an Alpha 76A and FT-1000MP. Had to tie the entrance door shut with
a rope during winter storms, high winds and snow. Now I worry about falling a
sleep in a nice warm and dry radio room. :-)
HF Remote: K-3, KPA-500, 160 dipole supported off flagpole on edge of 1,200 ft.
