UBA has received the vanity callsign from the late John ON4UN . Former and
Honorary President from the UBA . Silent key . We allways remember this Elmer .

We decided late but not too late to take part as we did last year.Again in the
M/M Distributed class.
It was a serious task to dedicate stations as it was going to take place on a
long weekend and many of the requests turned out too be too late .
We will definitely start much earlier for next events in this configuration.
But we managed to materialize enough setups at OR6T / OP4K / OR5T / ON5GB /OP5T
to be able to make a nice result .
Unfortunately we had many hours with only 2 or 3 bands on the air . That slowed
us down very much but the motivation and fun to do this again was rewarding .
Propagation was good on the high bands. But more or less nothing outside of
europe on 80 and 160m
So the low bands poor both days and nights. 40/20 and 15 had a good pace so
those where the key bands for a good result .
All in all a fine weekend and as allways many lessons learned.
Many thanks to Mr IT ( Mr Softether ) Jack ON5OO/OR5O . Not once we had WAN
issues. N1MM+ ran flawlesly .
Many thanks to the Clubstation @ OR6T for its contribution as well as the
others .
Finally a sincere thank You to those who called and worked OT7T but also those
friends we could not log .
Keep in mind that we lost many good friends since WPX CW 2022 . We will remember
them . RIP .
