K3 / Optibeam

Fun as always 1st Q was @ 10:13 UTC.  Facing EU mostly managed 37 countries with
the most activity from JA with 21 Q's after US and Canada.  Tried to spend as
much non-activity time as I could in the contest.  Always fun.
