Comments:
Got off to a slow start this contest – conditions were not great Friday night,
and I made some tactical errors on Saturday. Sunday things picked up and I had
a lot of fun.
I ran more than S&P, but 20M was so crowded it was hard to find a frequency
at times – shows how popular this contest is! First time SSB Mongolia, and a
lot to Australia & South Africa.
Thanks for all the contacts and polite & VERY PATIENT operators. It always
amazing to me that SSB contests are in English, and English is not everyone’s
native language. The Ham Radio World is quite impressive!
