Comments:
Having lost my entire antenna system in a storm in May, I was pretty
distraught.
My good friend N1IXF said that at the time of the lost things look pretty dim
but and usually good things come from this type of a loss. I replaced my Rohn
25, which I put up in 1972 with a Rohn 45 and put up a Mid JK tribander which
replaced my c31xr and had four 100ft+ oaks removed. Insurance covered the losses
and the Mid Jk performs as well as the C31 and Rich was correct, I now have a
safer house and a entirely new antenna system that works really well. Also a big
thanks to Mark,K1RX, without him none of this would have happened so quickly.
