Yes, I have never owned one, but did the repair on one about a year ago
and found the same problems. I could tell the 25 ohm resistor had been
replaced before. It came back up and ran fine after I replaced the bias
board and resistor. I had expected that the tube arced and done the
damage. Maybe someone else could solve the mistery.
