Yes, almost forgot when the FCC inspected my station the power was
measured in the shack. It was found to be well within the legal limit.
However they did have another vehicle set up outside to measure what
ever, didnt tell me what that was all about.
This was in reference to a TV cable system I was getting into on VHF.
The cable company had multiple leakage points well over the amount
allowed. The FCC action was to take me off the air, without any
justification. In other words there was nothing wrong with my station or
any of my equipment. 
   So its like this guys, they want you to be guilty you will be. I got
back on the air a few weeks later after a lawyer visted the FCC office
in Washington for me. As far as I know the cable company is still
illegal and was never sited. I moved the hell away!!!
