Several of you have asked about the Globar resistors I use in parasitic
suppressors in large amps.


I buy mine from Surplus Sales of Nebraska, along with the clips to mount
them in. For a 4-1000A, I use a 50 ohm unit, with 3 turns of #12 wire coiled
around it. I got this "recipe" directly from Eimac on an industrial amp they
made. (2 X 4-1000A's)
