[AMPS] screen voltage supply

This is commonly done.  An example is the screen supply in the AM-6155
amplifier.  It has the advantage that  the screen supply drops with the
anode supply in a fault condition.  A disadvantage is the power dissipated
in the screen dropping resistors.  W8KX
