Roughly 400w drives a 3CX3000A7 in g-g linear amplifier service.  Since 
the Mu is 200, 0v bias is possible.  Some builders have reported 
instability problems in the 60MHz to 70MHz area.  It might be a good idea 
to build a low VHF-Rp vhf suppressor.
