Subject: [AMPS] How long to 'cook' tubes

I just obtained a Henry 2K-3 that has been in storage for about 5 years.
I also vaguely recall that you should apply filament voltage without
the high voltage to 'cook' the tubes if they have not been in service
for awhile.
The tubes are a pair of 3-500Z's. Anyone have any thoughts on how long
I should cook them before I apply the high voltage?

Thanks
de Paul
