For ham sized tubes, anything over 10uA at 2x the rated anode voltage 
would give me worry.

they seem to be pretty much the same.   For ceramic tubes, it's not a bad 
idea to test with both polarities.  If the leakage decreases with neg. 
polarity, the leakage is not due to oxygen and nitrogen.
