With regards to the previous topic of pin diode switching of rf. I've
been using HP diodes for some time with excellent results.
The HP part number is 5082-3077 and the specs are on their web page.
While this size diode is not what you would want for high power rf, the
web page and related information might lead you onto something more
suitable.
