Hi Robert,

Unhook the B+ line from the output of the diode board and fire up.
If fuses still blow, you have shorted or reverse connected diodes.
While you have the B+ wire loose, measure with ohmmeter to ground.
You should see the ohms move from very high and finally settle at the
value of your bleeder resistor. This checks everything in the power
supply with one snip of the dikes....GL!
