The book Ian mentioned, 'Motorola RF Application Reports (HB215/D)', has
an application note on a 600 watt amp using 4 MRF150s. There's a circuit
board for it available from CCI. In the worst case, you could simply steal
the expensive MOSFETs from the mystery amp, and build the Motorola example.
At least you'd have a schematic, as well as operating & tuneup instructions.
