Hello all

Please could someone clarify which number on an 8877 is the
'date code', and what differences (internal or external) the
'heat dam' idea made ?

I have an 8877 (un-used) which has two numbers close beside each
other:-
8631
08594

I guess the date code must be 8631 - should I send this 8877 back
to Salt Lake City ?!

Thanks - 73
Chris GM3WOJ
