[AMPS] X-rays from tubes.

I once asked some colleagues of mine, who are radiation physicis (all
with PhDs), specialising in the use x-ray's in medicine, if there are
any possible risks with a tube running at  5kV. Everyone agreed there
was no risk at 5kV. The agreement amongst everyone (rare if you ask a
group of academics a question such as this), was enough to convince me
the risk was so close to zero, that I wont be worrying about it.

I suspect (but cant prove) the greatest danger from using tubes is
probably the risk of electric shock.
