No; Deutsche Industrien Normen is a standards organization that
specifies many different types of connectors (and just about anything
else that needs to be standardized).
BTW, 7/16 is not a fraction - it's "seven sixteen" because the inner
diameter is 7mm and the outer diameter is 16mm. With those dimensions,
the impedance comes out to just 50 ohms.
