One needs enough Q to be able to obtain the needed transformation and to 
sufficiently attenuate harmonics. .  Eimac recommends a Q of 10 to 15.  
10M is a special case due to the anode-nearest grid C.   As a rule of 
thumb, the proper amount of tank L for 10M is that which will result in 
the Tune-C being about 10% meshed at 29.7MHz.
