Second posting, a bit more info.
When I start up the Alpha, it warms up just fine, but there isn't any HV
registaring on the meter. When I switch it to operate, I get a fault and
the little green light over the buttons blinks. It dosen't matter which
button is pressed, the light over it blinks.
Where should I look? Is there an internal fuse or protection circuit on the
transformer? Any guesses why I don't have any HV output?
I need some help where to start looking. It's like looking under the hood
of my wife's van. I can recognize very few things. I know my 2KD inside and
out, but this new fangled thing has me stumped.
