[AMPS] 80-6m Amp?

I just acquired a Multi-Elmac AF-68 AM/CW 80-6m TX (single 6146 final).
They call it a Trans-Citer because it provides AF and RF outputs to drive
an
amplifier with plate modulation for high-level modulation.
What brands and models of boatanchor amps were made that would work
well with this, please?  Or was this generally done with homebrew AM amps?
