The 2N5194 would appear to be the middle member of the family. 2N5190/1/2
are NPN:2N5193/4/5are PNP. The '5193 is 40volts:the '5195 is 80v, so the bet
is that the 2N5194 is the 60v member of the otherwise very similar family.
