There is an RF connector variously known as a 7 - 16 DIN, a 7/16 DIN or
merely a 7 - 16 or 7/16 connector. It is not 7/16th of an inch in any
dimension. It has a 7mm diameter to the inner conductor and a 16mm
inside diameter to the outside conductor. It is notably heftier than a
type N or UHF. These are gaining popularity in the US in cellular base
station use, as the increased contact area (compared to a type N) makes
them more reliable and less prone to IMD.

For small quantities, I would check any distributor who sells to the
cellular repair and maintenance industry.
